Service Agreement
When you book a dumpster rental with Dumpsters King Roll Off, you enter into an agreement for the provision of waste removal services. All terms and conditions are subject to change with notice.
Rental Period and Fees
The agreed-upon rental period and associated fees will be clearly stated in your quote. Extensions may be subject to additional charges. Late payments may incur penalties.
Prohibited Items
Customers agree not to place hazardous materials, liquids, chemicals, or other prohibited items in the dumpster. Doing so may result in additional disposal fees or refusal of service.
Dumpster Placement and Access
You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible placement of the dumpster. Clearances for delivery and pickup must be maintained. Customer is liable for any damage to property caused by improper placement requests.
Weight Limits
Each dumpster size has a maximum weight limit. Exceeding this limit may incur overage charges. We will inform you of the specific limits for your rental.
Damage to Dumpster
Customers are responsible for any damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear, including damage from misuse, fire, or vandalism.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review our full cancellation policy for details.
Liability
Dumpsters King Roll Off is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or placement of the dumpster on your property, provided our services were performed with reasonable care.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dumpsters King Roll Off harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the service is provided.
